We want you to love your handmade string art from Uzee.Pk! If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.  Please read our refund and return policy below:

  Custom Orders

• Custom or personalized items are non-refundable, as they are made specifically for you.

• However, if your custom item arrives damaged or there’s a mistake on our end, we’ll gladly fix it or send a replacement at no extra cost.

   Returns & Refunds (For Non-Custom Items)

  We accept returns on ready-made, non-custom items within 15 days of delivery.

 To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition

• You must contact us within 15 days of receiving the item

• Return shipping will be paid by the customer

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a full refund (excluding original shipping charges).

   Damaged or Incorrect Items

 If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

• Provide clear photos of the item and packaging

• We’ll send a replacement or offer a full refund — no worries!

We Cannot Accept Returns For:

• Custom or personalized items

• Items damaged after delivery due to misuse or accidents

• Returns sent without prior contact
