Custom Orders
Custom or personalized items are non-refundable, as they are made specifically for you.
However, if your custom item arrives damaged or there’s a mistake on our end, we’ll gladly fix it or send a replacement at no extra cost.
Returns & Refunds (For Non-Custom Items)
We accept returns on ready-made, non-custom items within 15 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused and in its original condition
You must contact us within 15 days of receiving the item
Return shipping will be paid by the customer
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a full refund (excluding original shipping charges).
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
Provide clear photos of the item and packaging
We’ll send a replacement or offer a full refund — no worries!
We Cannot Accept Returns For:
Custom or personalized items
Items damaged after delivery due to misuse or accidents
Returns sent without prior contact
